Whole house rainwater filters protect the home from dirt and particles that may be suspended in the water supply.
The system consists of twin filters which are installed on the discharge side of the pressure pump.

STAGE 1: The Rainwater passes through a 20”x 4.5”polyester pleated cartridge which captures suspended solids in the water such as dirt, rust, algae etc. The cartridge is rated to 10 Microns.

STAGE 2: The rainwater then passes through a 20”x 4.5” silver impregnated carbon block cartridge. Carbon filtering is a method of filtering that removes contaminants and impurities, utilizing chemical adsorption. The cartridge assists in the removal of finer silt particles along with colour, taste, odour, chlorine and some germs from the rainwater supply. The cartridge is rated to 5 Microns.

Kit consists of:

2 x 20″ x 4.5″ big blue filter housings 1″ inlet/outlet
1 x Stainless steel mounting bracket with screws
1 x 10 Micron polyester pleated filter cartridge
1 x 5 Micron silver impregnated carbon block filter cartridge
1 x Opening handle
1 x 25mm poly joining nipple with thread tape
